Placement tests for math courses are available through your local UMGC office. Please contact your program coordinator for more information.
UMGC also offers National Test Center (NTC) featuring exams and certifications in a wide variety of subject areas, on-site support, easy scheduling, and the benefit of instant score results. Available exams include College Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST), Pearson VUE, and Excelsior College exams. If you are interested in earning credit or certifications through testing services, contact the test administrator at this location.
The UMGC-sponsored computer lab has 16 computers and a laser printer available for student use. Each computer provides access to the Internet, as well as a word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. The computer lab is located in Building 129, Room 314. Please contact the Spangdahlem UMGC office for lab hours.
Directions and Parking
The UMGC office is located in Building 129, Room 208.
To find our location, please take Autobahn 1 (A1) toward Bitburg. Then take the Autobahn 60 (A60) exit toward Bitburg. From the A60 take the exit for Spangdahlem. At the end of the exit take a right. Stay on this road until you reach a traffic circle, and take the third exit in the traffic circle toward Spangdahlem Air Force Base. Enter the base through the front gate. Once on base, keep right to bi-pass the first traffic circle. Follow the road until you come to the next traffic circle and take the second. After exiting the traffic circle, drive straight past the open basketball courts on the left hand side and take the second left. Once you come to the stop sign, take a left and pull into the parking lot on the immediate right. Building 129 is across the street.
